Metro’s mission statement encapsulates its reason for being, and that is: -
To provide safe, reliable and quality road passenger transport services that balance stakeholder needs and sound commercial practices.

- Goal 5: Maximise revenue, whilst controlling costs and ensuring adequate capital investment, in the ongoing delivery of Core Regular Passenger Transport services.
