To show our respect and connect communities with services this ANZAC day, Monday 25 April 2016, Metro will be operating a Sunday/Public holiday timetable in Hobart and Launceston. As Burnie has no public holiday timetable, services will not be operating.
Consistent with previous years, Metro will offer free travel on Monday 25 April to veterans, war widows or currently serving members of the Australian Defence Force. To be eligible for free travel, these passengers must either wear uniform or service medals; or wear an ex-service association, returned from active service, or war widows’ badge; or present a DVA card.
Hobart
Metro will operate a Sunday/Public Holiday Timetable in Hobart on Monday 25 April 2016.
