Hobart: Gagebrook/Herdsmans Cove Service Early Termination

HOBART: routes 522, 530 and X30
Due to recent recurring incidents of dangerous rock-throwing, Metro is suspending evening services into Gagebrook and Herdsmans Cove until further notice. This means that Routes 522, 530 and X30 will terminate at Cove Hill Fair after 5.00pm.
Please note that there is a slight adjustment to scheduled service departure times, as follows:
- Route 530 scheduled to depart at 5:05pm (Monday to Friday) will now commence from Cove Hill Fair at 5:22pm
- Route 530 scheduled to depart at 6:15pm (Monday to Thursday) will now commence from Cove Hill Fair at 6:32pm.
We recognise the inconvenience this may cause but have taken this step to protect the safety of our drivers and customers.
Metro is working closely with Tasmania Police on the issue.
