Located on the ground floor at 22 Elizabeth Street in the Hobart City bus mall, the Metro Shop is open 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Our customer service team in the Metro Shop are there to help you with all enquires related to timetables and services, lost property, compliments and complaints, feedback etc. The Metro Shop is also a Greencard agent, allowing you to apply for a new card, replace a lost or stolen card, and top up your card quickly and easily in person.
