Christmas timetables and hours of operation.

Over the period between Christmas Eve and New Years Day, Metro will operate some special timetables to cater for public transport demands during the holiday season.

The Metro Shop and the Metro call centre will be closed on public holidays as well as the 27 & 28 December 2014. The Metro after-hours disability information line will still be accessible as usual on (03) 6233 4225.

Remember you can top up your Greencard online, on the bus or on the Metro App. To plan journeys in this period, use the Trip Planner on our website or Metro App, or timetables available online or at the touchscreen in the Metro Shop window.


Please be aware of the following timetable arrangements for each city:

Hobart

25/12 – Sunday timetable

26/12 – Sunday timetable with additional services for Boxing Day

27/12 – Saturday timetable

28/12 – Sunday timetable

29/12 – 30/12 – Weekday vacation timetable

31/12 – Weekday vacation timetable. Extra services on main routes with a $2 flat cash fare after 6pm for New Year’s Eve

01/01 – Sunday public holiday timetable

Launceston
