A free bus service (provided by Blundstone Arena and operated by Metro Tasmania) will operate from Hobart City to Bellerive Oval and from the Regatta Grounds to Bellerive Oval for the AFL match on Saturday 8 April 2017.
Match day patrons can travel free on these services.
Outside these services a regular Metro Saturday timetable and fares will apply – please plan your travel accordingly.
Pre-game
Buses will leave from Bus Stop B in the Elizabeth St bus mall at regular intervals from 11am until 1.30pm.
Buses will depart from Regatta Grounds from 11.15am until approx 1.30pm.
NOTE: As part of the traffic management plan, buses travelling to Bellerive will alight passengers at Clarence Street Stop 9, outside St Mark’s Church. It is approximately 190m walk from this point to Blundstone Arena’s main gates.
Gates open at 11:30 am and the match commences at 1:45pm.
Post-game
Buses to Hobart City via Regatta Grounds will depart from Church St (between Derwent St and Scott St) after the match (last departure approx 30 mins after the final siren).
