Injury Management Advisor

Your opportunity to join a great team in a rewarding and diverse role! The Injury Management Advisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing and facilitating the management of injured workers, ultimately returning our people back to work in a fully supported manner.

The position will be based at Metro head office with occasional intrastate travel and will act as an important liaison between employees, health care providers and management ensuring a smooth return to work process for all involved.

About you

Reporting directly to the Manager Workplace Relations, you will also collaborate closely with the Health, Safety and Wellbeing team. You will provide advice to manager across multiple sites and ultimately contribute to improving health, safety and wellbeing at Metro.

What you will need:

• Certificate IV in Personal Injury Management or equivalent
• Return-to-work injury management experience
• Current Driver’s licence
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload
